The methods to ensure the assembly accuracy can be divided into four categories: interchangeable assembly method, selective assembly method, repair assembly method and adjustment assembly method.
The interchangeable assembly method refers to the assembly method that can still meet the specified assembly accuracy requirements after the parts are exchanged in the assembly process.
Selecting assembly method is an assembly method that enlarges the manufacturing tolerance of each part in the mating pair to economic precision, and then selects the appropriate part for assembly to ensure the assembly precision.
Repair and assembly method refers to the assembly method that all relevant mold parts are processed and manufactured according to the economic precision. When assembling, the reserved repair quantity of designated parts is repaired according to the needs to ensure the assembly precision.
The adjustment assembly method refers to the method that each relevant mold part is processed and manufactured according to the economic precision, and the relative position of the adjustable parts in the mold is changed or the appropriate adjusting parts are selected to achieve the assembly precision during the assembly.
